General Queries

Titan originates from Singapore, serving as Killem Pest’s first foreign branch in Myanmar. Killem is one of Singapore’s oldest pest control companies with over 28 years of experience in all sectors in the urban environment.

Since Titan’s founding in 2016, we have ensured that our Pest Management Professionals (PMPs) are trained to international standards, administer safe chemicals and have strong programs to help eradicate our clientele’s pest problems and maintain a pest-free environment.

As a company that has over 40 Pest Management Professionals and servicing over 300 sites, Titan has gained a reputation of excellence with fair prices. We are highly ranked on Facebook and Google for the service we provide.

Titan approaches all pest problems based on a scientific approach known as Integrated Pest Management.

In the traditional approach of Pest Control, Pest Management Professionals would often spray down an entire building and place an abundance of traps. Not only was this costly, but it posed a significant health risk to the people that were inhabiting a site.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is an ecosystem-based strategy that focuses on long term pest prevention through a combination of :

1. Exclusion Strategies via Habitat & Biological control
2. Sanitation Strategies via The Property’s SOP re-adjustment for hygiene and sanitation practices
3. Population Control Strategies via Chemical & Trapping applications

Combining these 3 strategies, Titan is able to tailor fit a program that will ensure that pest populations remain in check using an environmentally friendly outcome that will have positive secondary and tertiary effects at the given site of control, i.e. higher standards of sanitation, improvements in health, a reduction in pest control fees etc.

Titan’s office is open from 9:00am to 8:00am Mondays to Fridays.

Titan’s plan is to offer our customers a customised package to best deal with the pre-existing problem based on parameters such as the property type, size and surrounding environment. Therefore a flat price is often nor offered?

The question that we will normally ask is “Is this pest problem re-occurring or is it a once in a year problem?”

If it is an issue that happens periodically or regularly, we will normally advise a contract to be in place to ensure that the problem does not occur again.

However, certain pests will infest under special circumstances or will happen rarely that it would be more suitable to take an Ad-Hoc Service or a short term program.
