Our Journey So Far
A couple of years ago we saw an opportunity to bring high quality pest management solutions into Myanmar. In April 2016 Titan Pest Management was born. Thus we recently celebrated our 3rd anniversary at the Sule Shangri-La! Let’s take a moment to look back at our journey until now, and also to look at what’s ahead of us.
Growth in Myanmar
In our first year we completed 544 services and we received no complaints. This set the mark for a great second year, in which our completed services grew by over 600%! In our most recent year we almost doubled our completed services (6,524) compared to the previous year.
While growing exponentially, we also managed to maintain a steady 99%+ client satisfaction rate and a less than 0.7% callback rate!
In 2016 we started off with a small team of 6 people, which has now grown to over 40 people (and continues to grow).
Until now Titan Pest Management has been active mainly in Yangon, but we’ve noticed a big demand for our services across Myanmar. We will soon be opening new offices in Mandalay and Nay Pyi Taw. In phase #2 of our regional expansion we’ll focus on the western coastline including Nwe Saung, Chaung Thar and Ngapali.
For the upcoming year we are expecting to grow another 50% in terms of completed services, with our client base growing to over 300 customers and our team growing to over 60 people. Exciting times ahead!
Corporate Social Responsibility
As we’ve been growing exponentially, we’ve also begun giving back to the community. The children are the future of Myanmar, thus every month we offer a free service at orphanages and children’s charities.

We’ve got a very exciting announcement to make. We are starting a new company (Titan Cleaning & Hygiene Services) as we’ve noticed there’s a big need for the following services in Myanmar:
